The Set is built up with SCAFFOLDING, measuring 21' wide by 15' high by 5' deep.

FACT!

Our set is actually LARGER than the set of the popular television game show "Hollywood Squares", which measures 15' by 15'!

(Some say that we should be calling the show "High School RECTANGLES" :)

The Screens on the back of the Squares are illuminated from behind by slide projectors, which are controlled by a remote computer. The projectors hold slides of the LOGO, and the X and O symbols with thier respectful colours. During the game, the Logo is shown until a contestant gains the Square, then the "Game Operator" changes the slide through the computer to display the correct symbol. When the game is finished, the G.O. can reset the entire board very quickly.

Around each of the Squares (on the outside) are Christmas Lights! [Using clear bulbs]. These are separate for each Square, and are controlled with a special control unit built especially for the production. It allows each Square to be turned on and off separately.

The contestant area consists of two seats and tables for the contestants to be seated at, as well as the host podium. On the hosts' podium, there are slots corresponding to the layout of the Squares which hold the set of questions for that Square.

The Square IS informed of the topic of the questions prior to the show, but are NOT informed of the answers.
